Whether you're just starting to think about your wishes, or you already have a plan in place, this party is for you. Learn about different options for end-of-life care, legal documents you may need, and how to communicate your wishes to your loved ones.
There will be games, snacks, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and connect with others. Don't miss out on this unique and meaningful event!
